Look over yonder what do you see
The sun is a-risin’ most definitely
A new day is comin’ people are changin’
Ain’t it beautiful crystal blue persuasion
Better get ready gonna see the light
Love, love is the answer and that’s all right
So don’t you give up now so easy to find
Just look to your soul and open your mind
Crystal blue persuasion
It’s a new vibration
Crystal blue persuasion, crystal
Blue persuasion
Maybe tomorrow when He looks down
Every green field and every town
All of his children every nation
There’ll be peace and good brotherhood
Crystal blue persuasion

  • Wow! This is beautiful. I have only now heard it. I grew up on the reggae version by The Heptones 1976. I promise you they did a faithful conversion to reggae. Same happy vibe. I would encourage any open minded music lovers to listen to this cover version. Peace and Love

  • I'm 64 and was born in San Francisco. I just love this song. When they show the Haight -Ashbury sign in the beginning, reminds me of home. Be safe people, we will all be ok.

  • One of so many beautiful songs with meaning I was growing up in 1969 and I remember hearing them in the radio of my dad's 1961 corvair station wagon. I wish I could go back in time and live these days again they were great times for me growing up.

  • This song was playing on the radio in the suburban that was going to take me to camp Don Bosco in 69. I didn't want to go because I thought it would be lame shit was I wrong. I had the best summer because of camp Don Bosco it stayed with me for 51 years. Looking back the 60s and 70s were a God send too bad they couldn't last forever.

  • I was born in '65. The sounds and images awash in this video, heard in the music, greeted me on a daily basis as a small child-it helped to inform and shape my life. I am grateful for the MARKET place that was the 1960s, albeit I was obviously only a WINDOW shopper thanks to my age.
