  • Great performance!
This song would fit perfectly on the Black album, not really on Justice…

  • Lars looks like a dad who coaches his sons baseball team and also plays in Metallica when Lars isn't available

P.S. In spite of this song being popular as is, it's still criminally underrated in my opinion 🙂

  • Change the title and description. They're wrong. It's: "16th of June", not: "June 16".

  • Wow! I know it's cool to slag off Lars playing even if you know squat about playing drums. But even the amateur haters must praise the sound of his toms. Just so bassy with a real crisp tone.

  • Kirk always had the best clothes haha, love that jacket, greetings from albuROCKque, New Mexico

  • This song played in Moscow 1991, Russia was better maybe because that environment.

  • The whole song I was waiting to see if they do that break after the solo before going to the verse….I’m pleasantly surprised! Always made the song live for me. Now if someone can convince them to do the extended bridge in Creeping Death with just the bass and drums again it would be like Moscow all over again! Edit: just watched creeping death from this show and they did it! Holy shit. 2019 MetallicA really stepped up their game. Can’t wait to see if it stays this way post rehab

  • I thought Kirk was very talented because he changed his guitar in the music video of master of puppets in 1 sec but now James changes his guitar faster in one song

  • I dont care who are you, If you dont like Lars, get the hell out.

  • From starting of the song James Hetfield was playing a Explorer shape guitar but after 2:13 he is playing a Les Paul guitar. Is this a magic or what???

  • How do I get inside that front row? Must be in a fan club or just pay more to the venue?

  • This might be the best Metallica song, but it sounds so much better in standard tuning

  • My number one question is this

Why Kirk Hammett put a ouija board on his guitar

    Reply
  • That's not how Jason played it. And its not how Cliff would of played it.

  • Age is just a number.4 decades have passed , Mettalica, you are still kicking ass.

  • Metallica: Harvester Of Sorrow

    My life suffocates
    Planting seeds of hate
    I've loved, turned to hate
    Trapped far beyond my fate
    I give
    You take
    This life that I forsake
    Been cheated of my youth
You turned this lie to truth

    Anger
    Misery
    You'll suffer unto me

Harvester of sorrow (language of the mad)
    Harvester of sorrow

    Pure black looking clear
My work is done soon here
    Try getting back to me
Get back which used to be
    Drink up
    Shoot in
    Let the beatings begin
    Distributor of pain
    Your loss becomes my gain

    Anger
    Misery
    You'll suffer unto me

Harvester of sorrow (language of the mad)
    Harvester of sorrow

    All have said their prayers
    Invade their nightmares
    To see into my eyes
    You'll find where murder lies

    Infanticide

Harvester of sorrow (language of the mad)

  • I remember in 89’ some people lost teeth to this song. Man. Crowds have aged with Metallica.

  • Compared to 3 years ago, they sound so much better. Their tone is more full and crunchier, lars is hitting his double bass parts and kirk is nailing the solos.

  • lars doesn't have a ride cymbal thats strange. he has a china where a ride should be.

  • James switched guitars around 2:14 without stopping anything
