@the313v it cant be before 1986 because jason is on bass and he didnt join metallica till 1986/1987 and also james has a mustache and a black esp which he used in the enter sandman viid in 1990 so i would say somewhere between 1987 and 1990

@DowntownTB13 its all about the older albums.. the black album and before. I am 20 and I noticed a change between the new metallica and the old.. and I love the old. I can't stand the new metallica

Awesome performance. Kirk's solo's rock, James vocal is still awesome, and Lars again.. doing the dirty job.
if you knew anything about james, he blew his voice out during the recording of the black album, it was on So What!, he had to go to a synagogue to learn how to sing properly
