  • I wonder, what would the lyrics be if this was written in 2020? We are desperate for "Justice For All".

  • Justice needs to be done. Nowadays, justice has been raped over and over again. Justice for George Floyd.

  • What a masterpiece!
    The whole justice album is.
Second favorite album of all time behind highway to hell.

  • Halls of justice painted green, money talking
Power wolves beset your door, hear them stalking
Soon you'll please their appetite they devour
Hammer of justice crushes you, overpower

    The ultimate in vanity
    Exploiting their supremacy
I can't believe the things you say
    I can't believe, I can't believe the price
    You pay
    Nothing can save you
Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone
Pulling your strings, justice is done
Seeking no truth, winning is all
Find it so grim, so true, so real

Apathy their stepping stone, so unfeeling
    Hidden deep animosity, so deceiving
Through your eyes their light burns, hoping to find
Inquisition sinking you with prying minds

    The ultimate in vanity
    Exploiting their supremacy
I can't believe the things you say
    I can't believe, I can't believe the price
    You pay
    Nothing can save you
Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone
Pulling your strings, justice is done
Seeking no truth, winning is all
Find it so grim, so true, so real

Lady justice has been raped, truth assassin
Rolls of red tape seal your lips, now you're done in
Their money tips her scales again, make your deal
Just what is truth? I cannot tell, cannot feel

    The ultimate in vanity
    Exploiting their supremacy
I can't believe the things you say
    I can't believe, I can't believe the price
    We pay
    Nothing can save us
Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone
Pulling your strings, justice is done
Seeking no truth, winning is all
Find it so grim, so true, so real

Seeking no truth, winning is all
Find it so grim, so true, so real

  • Was there that night! One hell of a show and setlist!!!!! That song was my highlight of the night! Kirk killed the solo on that one! I voted for this song (Metallica By Request) and Orion! They played both that night! My Metallica show of a lifetime!!!!!

  • I love how they tried to get close to their scooped tones from the 80s. Amazing!

  • I swear, what other thrash bands fail to copy from Metallica is the song structure. It's always changing throughout, maintaining energy while still changing the tempo or the chord patterns in inventive ways, ebbing and flowing like classical music does. Even the other great thrash bands of the time can't pull it off. They can come close, but no cigar. I've been a Metallica fan for over a decade now and I'm only just now coming to appreciate the intricacies that make them so special and unique.

That's when you know it's good. You love the sound, but then the more you listen, the more you realize how fucking ingenious it all is. There's a good reason they're the biggest metal band in the world.

  • @6:48 not a single head isn't banging itself into obliteration, one of the only recent times I've seen Kirk REALLY headbang

  • I would love to hear Metallica with a good drummer I seriously think that it’s Lars‘s drum tone that makes him pull off time and speed up both at the same time

  • Is it just me or their guitar tone just like if not exactly same as hardwired tuning.

Anyway I like this tempo a bit than the original one.

  • I love Lars' bald ponytail….
He reminds me of a seedy porn director who never made it big lolol
